Shipping
- Where we ship: United States only.
- Processing & delivery: Orders ship from our U.S. distribution partners and typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
- Free shipping: on U.S. orders over $35.
- Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
Returns
- Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- For safety and hygiene, opened food, treats, supplements and grooming products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
- To start a return, email Lordofpets1@gmail.com with your order number. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to post them.
